The Aussie Drop Dears is our international touring team, most famous for playing the Savannah Bananas in a 3-game series back in June 2023. They are also heading back in July 2024 for a re-match, stay tuned for all the details.
In addition to the above, we also have several Junior sides that travel for both Baseball and Softball.
Baseball:
We send sides to the following Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken events each year:
- Cal Ripken 10U World Series
- Cal Ripken Major / 70 World Series
- Babe Ruth 14U World Series
- Babe Ruth 16U World Series
- Babe Ruth 18U World Series
In addition to the above we also look to develop players, giving them the opportunity to play in the USA in these tournaments:
- 12U Shipyard Tournament
- 14U Freeport International Tournament
- 16U Freeport International Tournament
And we don’t stop there we have also sent some sides to the Babe Ruth Softball World Series, last year in 2023 we sent a 14U and 16U team. This year in 2024 you will see us send a 12U side in addition to the 14U and 16U teams last year.

We do what they don’t, the Aussie Drop Bears will be coached by an All Australian MLB Staff including;

- Rich Thompson
- Damian Moss
To complete this once in a lifetime experience you will also have the pleasure of playing 4 games at the historic Grayson Stadium in the heart of Banana Country.
To be Eligible you must be 21yo or older, and fulfil at least 1 of the criteria below;
- Played ABL
- Played 2 years D1 College
- Played State League 1st grade for a number of years
